I’m Ms. Melissa! I have been working with children, in one way or another, since I was in high school (that was a long time ago!!) I became the Director/Administrator of Gingerbread in September 2022. I am married and live in Watertown. I have 6 children and 2 dogs.

FUN FACT: I went to Gingerbread when I was 4 years old and all of my children graduated from Gingerbread also!!

I’m Ms. Jo! I have been working at Gingerbread since September 2022. I have been working with children in both large center settings (like Gingerbread) as well as in home / one on one setting since 2019. When I am not at Gingerbread I love traveling and going to concerts!

FUN FACT: I have a fish named Swim Shady!

I’m Ms. Holly! I started working at Gingerbread in September of 2023 but I have been working with kids in many different settings for over 20 years! I have 2 daughters, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. When I am not at Gingerbread I enjoy hanging out with my family, being in nature, and playing with my dogs!

I’m Ms. Amal! I started working at Gingerbread in November of 2023. I have 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys. Outside of work I love gardening and spending time with my family.

FUN FACT: I can speak 2 languages!

I’m Ms. Olivia! I started at Gingerbread in September of 2023. My family is my mom, sister, 3 dogs and I. When I’m not at Gingerbread I love music, reading, and hiking.

Hello, my name is Sabrina, and I started at Gingerbread May of 2025! This is my first job at a daycare and it's been such a wonderful experience! It's such an honor getting to know such wonderful people in a great environment.

I’m Ms. Jessi, I have been working in childcare for 10 years. I have worked in center settings as well as nannying for two little boys. I received my Associates degree in Administrative Business from Madison College in 2014. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with family and friends.

I’m Ms. Sophie! I have been working with kids only for a short time now, but have many years of experience in health care. I am currently attending UWSP, and majoring in Special Education. When I am not at Gingerbread I love to play tennis and sing! Fun Fact: I graduated from Gingerbread! I can also wiggle my ears :)

I’m Ms. Aisa! I have been working at Gingerbread since June 2024 straight after graduating from the Watertown High School. I have always had great connections with kids and I do even more now since working at gingerbread! When I’m not working I love playing soccer, hanging out with friends and family.

I’m Ms. Leah! I started working in childcare shortly after I graduated in 2021, and started here at Gingerbread in August of 2023. In my free time I like to draw and hang out with family and friends!

FUN FACT: I used to write short stories!

Hi! I'm Ms. Qualey!! I have been working at Gingerbread since April of 2025. Previous to working at Gingerbread I ran my own in home Daycare since 2022. When I'm not working at Gingerbread I love to hang with family and friends, go on nature walks, and travel whenever I get the chance. Fun Fact: I once got to swim with a Shark!!

4K Teacher

I’m Ms. Jen! I’m the 4K teacher here at Gingerbread. I graduated from Marian University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. I have 12 years of teaching experience, including 9 years teaching 4K, 1 year teaching 3K, and 2 years teaching kindergarten. My husband and I have a daughter in 6th grade and a son in 2nd grade. When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy being outside, crafting, reading, and spending time with my family.

I'm Ms. Tabitha. I just started at Gingerbread but prior to coming here, I worked at the high school as a special Education Paraproffesional. I have 3 children and 4 grandsons. When I'm not at Gingerbread, I enjoy trips with my husband.

I'm Mr. Cooper! I've been working at Gingerbread since June 2024 and it is my first job. I'm a Junior at Watertown High School, and when I'm not working, I like to play tennis, play piano, and hang out with my friends and family.

Hi, I’m Miss Nadia! I began working at Gingerbread in June of 2024, but because of my seven siblings, I’ve been around kids my entire life. My favorite thing about working at Gingerbread is the positive atmosphere. When I’m not here, I enjoy hiking and collecting records. Fun fact: I have a pet snake!

Hi! I'm proud to be your "Cleaner Helper", along with my daughter, Jamie. I enjoy seeing all the neat crafts the students make - and it sure looks like they have fun making them. I've been in Animal Rescue for many decades. I am on the board and have been "Official Dishwasher" at Loaves & Fishes for 13 years now!. Gingerbread is a GREAT place to work!
