I’m Ms. Melissa! I have been working with children, in one way or another, since I was in high school (that was a long time ago!!) I became the Director/Administrator of Gingerbread in September 2022. I am married and live in Watertown. I have 6 children and 2 dogs.

FUN FACT: I went to Gingerbread when I was 4 years old and all of my children graduated from Gingerbread also!!

I’m Ms. Jo! I have been working at Gingerbread since September 2022. I have been working with children in both large center settings (like Gingerbread) as well as in home / one on one settings for the last 5 years. When I am not at Gingerbread I love traveling and going to concerts!

FUN FACT: I have a fish named Swim Shady!

Infant Teacher

I’m Ms. Holly! I started working at Gingerbread in September of 2023 but I have been working with kids in many different settings for over 20 years! I have 2 daughters, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. When I am not at Gingerbread I enjoy hanging out with my family, being in nature, and playing with my dogs!

I’m Ms. Jessi, I have been working in childcare for 10 years. I have worked in center settings as well as nannying for two little boys. I received my Associates degree in Administrative Business from Madison College in 2014. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with family and friends.

One Year Old Teacher

I’m Ms. Olivia! I started at Gingerbread in September of 2023. My family is my mom, sister, 3 dogs and I. When I’m not at Gingerbread I love music, reading, and hiking.

I’m Ms. Amal! I started working at Gingerbread in November of 2023. I have 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys. Outside of work I love gardening and spending time with my family.

I’m Ms. Tania! I started working at Gingerbread in September of 2023 and I have one daughter! When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my little family and staying active by going to the gym. :)

3K Teacher

I’m Mr. Tony! I’m from Waterloo, Wisconsin where I graduated high school and later graduated from Madison College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have teaching experience working at Little Bears Child Care and Mary Linsmeiers Schools and am very excited to continue teaching here at Gingerbread! In my free time I like to watch movies, lift weights and spend time with family and friends.

Hi, my name is Ms. Ali! I’ve worked at gingerbread since March of 2024. This is my first professional job working with children but I love kids! I am the second oldest child in my family. My favorite colors are yellow and lavender.

FUN FACT: I love animals and have a 2 year old cat named Daisy Maisy.

I’m Ms. Matty! I’ve been working with Gingerbread since January of 2024. This in my first time working with children professionally, but I did grow up helping my aunt take care of kids in her daycare! I currently attend online schooling through University of Phoenix for a Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology! I live with my mom and have 2 brothers and 1 sister!

FUN FACT: I played soccer for 7 years!

4K Teacher

I’m Ms. Jen! I’m the 4K teacher here at Gingerbread. I graduated from Marian University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. I have 12 years of teaching experience, including 9 years teaching 4K, 1 year teaching 3K, and 2 years teaching kindergarten. My husband and I have a daughter in 6th grade and a son in 2nd grade. When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy being outside, crafting, reading, and spending time with my family.

Four Year Old Teacher

I’m Ms. Sophie! I have been working with kids only for a short time now, but have many years of experience in health care. I am currently attending UWSP, and majoring in Special Education. When I am not at Gingerbread I love to play tennis and sing! Fun Fact: I graduated from Gingerbread! I can also wiggle my ears :)

I’m Ms. Leah! I started working in childcare shortly after I graduated in 2021, and started here at Gingerbread in August of 2023. In my free time I like to draw and hang out with family and friends!

FUN FACT: I used to write short stories!

School Age Teacher

I’m Ms. Livie! I started working at Gingerbread in November of 2022. I will graduate from UW-Whitewater in December 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish. I have been working with children for almost all of my life, considering I have 4 younger sisters! When I am not in the classroom, I love to read, spend time in the sunshine, and crochet!

Fun fact: I also graduated from Gingerbread!

I’m Ms. Sammy! I started at Gingerbread in June of 2023. I work majority of the time in classroom settings also one on one! I love to hangout with family outside of work and school.

FUN FACT: I have swam with dolphins in the ocean!

I’m Ms. Caelen! I am a junior in high school and I have been working at Gingerbread since August 2023. I often find myself reading or hanging out with my friends after work. I have 2 siblings.

Hello! I’m chef Robin. I love being able to cook for all the kids and try to figure out creative ways to make the meals healthy and tasty! I live with my partner and 3 year old, who also attends Gingerbread, my cat and my chihuahua.

Fun fact: I help run the non profit Unity Project of Watertown

Cleaner Helper

Hi! I'm proud to be your "Cleaner Helper", along with my daughter, Jamie. I enjoy seeing all the neat crafts the students make - and it sure looks like they have fun making them. I've been in Animal Rescue for many decades. I am on the board and have been "Official Dishwasher" at Loaves & Fishes for 13 years now!. Gingerbread is a GREAT place to work!

Im Jamie! I love kids and really enjoy seeing all of the art they make! When I am not at work I take care of my cats as well as my neighbors dogs Dobby and Bacon!

I also love music and going to Goodwill!
